Management
Objectives
The objectives of this work package (WP) are to:
- Follow‐up and support day‐to‐day operation, organising project functions and meetings.
- Establish efficient coordination and communication between partners and the EC project officer.
- Establish and coordinate the situation analysis team and the dynamic reference groups.
- Manage financial and administrative aspects of the UNITED-GRID project.
This WP includes setting up the administrative routines and carrying out activities to ensure that all partners fully understand their role and are committed to the project.
It implements routines for communication, document exchange, technical and economic progress reporting, to assure that resources
allocated for RTD, demonstration, and innovation objectives are properly utilised. All management work is carried out within this WP, except for the innovation management which is integrated into WP8.
This WP is divided into the following tasks:
- Project coordination.
- Financial management.
- Project monitoring.
- Quality control.
- Risk management.
- Situation analysis.
- Data management plan.
